Formal notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for Mersey Valley Golf Club will take place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 in the St Mellion Suite of the Clubhouse. Please arrive by 7.00pm for a 7.30 PROMPT start.

The doors will be closed at 7.20pm and will only be re-opened on conclusion of the meeting. The bar will be closed for the duration of the meeting.

Please note: There is no specific agenda item for Any Other Business. Any member wishing to have a specific question answered MUST submit the question in WRITING to the Committee Secretary: mnicholsoncross@hotmail.co.uk no later than Friday 20th February 2026. N.B. Members who submit a written question are entitled to ask two supplementary questions from the floor regarding the response given.

Elections will be held for the following Committee posts:
a) Committee Secretary
b) Competition Secretary
c) Assistant Competition Secretary
d) Rules & Course Representative
e) Juniors Representative

1. Forms for each of the above positions are available upon request from the Committee Secretary (Marjorie Cross) and/or Asst. Competition Secretary (Jon Moore). Requests for forms are accepted via email, WhatsApp or text message.

2. Forms should be completed and signed by the nominee, the proposer and seconder and returned to Jon Moore (or another member of the Main Committee) by Friday 20th February 2026.

3. Nominees for Committee positions should be available to attend the Club AGM on 4th March 2026.
