If you haven't received your 2026 Union and insurance bill via email, you may need to add collegepinesgolfclub@hdid.co.uk and @hdid.co.uk to your email whitelist or approved senders so that emails for the HowdidIdo systems come through. Club systems believe Hotmail and Gmail both have this requirement/feature.
To add an email address to the whitelist in Hotmail, you can do the following:
Hotmail
Log in to your Hotmail account
Click the Settings icon in the top right corner
Select More Mail Settings
Click Safe and blocked senders
Click Safe Senders
Enter the email address you want to whitelist
Click Add to list
Gmail
To add an email address to your Gmail whitelist, you can create a new filter:
Log in to your Gmail account
Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner
Select Filters and Blocked Addresses
Click Create a new filter
Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist in the From field
Click Create filter
Select Never send to spam
