Over the past week we've seen a real contrast in the winter weather. Some freezing nights at the start of the week followed by a spell of much wetter conditions, brought on by Strom Goretti.
We appreciate everyone's efforts to carry if possible the last two days. We had a very busy day today on the course, however we believe only 2 or 3 trolleys used which makes a huge difference to the course.
WINTER LEAGUE KNOCK OUT
The first round of our Knock out stages are to be played on Sunday. In the interest of fairness, a ball inside the length of a normal putter should be given on any temporary greens. As a reminder for those involved the itinerary is below:
07:00 - Clubhouse and pro shop open
07:30 - bacon rolls, tea and coffee at players own cost
08:30 - shotgun start
14:00 - meat raffle following play
The league standings were very close this year with Greg Douglas and Ben Barzilay coming out victorious, winning three of the five rounds played! Closely followed by Dan Walker & Jamie Walker as well as Jason Schell and Simon Richardson who will be very tough pairings to beat.

Our Friday night Texas Scramble & BBQ's start on Friday 24th April, and will take place the last Friday of each month, April to August.
We have a social event planned for the last Friday or Saturday of every month during 2026, starting with our first social event of 2026 on Friday 30th January, QUIZ NIGHT!
