AGM Wednesday 4th March 7.30pm
You are hearby given notice that the Warkworth Golf Club Annual General Meeting will take place at the clubhouse on WEDNESDAY 4th MARCH 2026 @ 7.30PM.
In accordance with the clubs 'Articles of Association'
32.4 A Voting Member may propose a resolution (or resolutions) to be considered at a general meeting. Such proposed resolutions must be seconded by another Voting Member and made in writing addressed to the Club Manager/Secretary and be received not less than 35 days before the General Meeting at which it is to be proposed.
