Rescheduled Club AGM
Warkworth Golf Club AGM Thursday 5th March 2026
Due to the fact that the Newcastle United v Manchester United Premier League fixture will be taking place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 the Management Committee have decided to reschedule the club's AGM.
You are hearby given notice that the Warkworth Golf Club Annual General Meeting will take place at the clubhouse on THURSDAY 5th MARCH 2026 @ 7.30PM.In accordance with the clubs 'Articles of Association'32.4 A Voting Member may propose a resolution (or resolutions) to be considered at a general meeting. Such proposed resolutions must be seconded by another Voting Member and made in writing addressed to the Club Manager/Secretary and be received not less than 35 days before the General Meeting at which it is to be proposed.
