EGM Reminder
Monday February 16th
Just a reminder of our forthcoming EGM which is to be held in the clubhouse on Monday February 16th at 7:00pm.
Attendance at the meeting is encouraged so members are fully informed before voting on the proposed resolutions. However, proxy voting forms are available to collect from the office. Please be aware that any proxy submissions for the previously cancelled EGM are not automatically carried forward.
Again a reminder that only those eligible to attend and vote in the EGM will be permitted within the clubhouse on the day.
