115th Annual General Meeting
We’d love for you to join us at the Clubhouse for our 115th AGM. This is a great chance to catch up with fellow members, hear about the club's progress, and help us kick off the new season!

When: Thursday, 26th March 2026 at 7:00 PM prompt.
Where: The Clubhouse
The Best Part: The bar will be open! Feel free to grab a drink and settle in.
Last year we had a fantastic turnout of 36 members—it would be brilliant to beat that number this year and fill the room.
What’s on the Agenda?
It’s not all "business"; it’s about our community. We will be:
Celebrating our Captains: A huge "Thank You" to our outgoing Captain and a warm welcome to our incoming one!
Behind the Scenes: A quick look at all the hard work that’s happened over the last 12 months.
Making Connections: If you’re a newer member, please come along! It’s the perfect place to meet your future playing partners.
A Little Housekeeping
We’ll start with an EGM before moving into the AGM.
Questions & AOB: To keep the evening moving smoothly (and get everyone back to the bar!), please submit any questions regarding EGM propositions or items for "Any Other Business" in writing at least two weeks prior. We won't be able to take new questions from the floor on the night.
The Agenda and last year’s minutes will also be posted on the club entrance notice board.
The SMT nomination form will be posted on the entrance notice board, you can see which positions are currently filled and which positions are vacant. If you would like to put your name forward, please add yourself to the nomination form in the appropriate box.
