As we approach the new subscription year, please take note of the following important dates and updates.

Annual Subscriptions – March 2026

Saturday 28th February is the final date for March renewals.

To ensure continuity of your membership and access to all club facilities, subscriptions must be paid by this date.

If you are not planning to renew your annual subscription, please inform the office as soon as possible. Early notification allows us to manage membership levels responsibly and maintain operational planning.

Paying via Novuna Finance

Members wishing to use Novuna finance for their 2026 subscription must ensure arrangements are completed no later than 28th February. Applications and approvals must be finalised before the end of the month to avoid any lapse in membership.

Membership Capacity & Waiting List

The Board believes the club is now operating at full playing capacity.

As a result:

A formal waiting list will commence from March 2026
A £500 joining fee will apply to new members joining from that point onward

This decision safeguards course availability, playing experience, and the overall member value proposition.
