Corhampton Golf Club is proving that great community spirit goes far beyond the fairways
In just a few short months, members have raised nearly £2,000 for our chosen charity, Room with a View
The Room with a View project is creating a private garden space for blood cancer patients in the C6 Leukaemia, Transplant and Cellular Therapy Ward at Southampton General Hospital. Designed as a calm, natural retreat, the garden will offer patients and their loved ones a place to escape the clinical environment during long and often difficult hospital stays.
Access to nature and peaceful outdoor spaces has been shown to improve wellbeing, reduce stress, and provide comfort at the most challenging times. By supporting this appeal, YOU are helping to enhance patient experience and bring moments of normality, hope, and tranquillity to those undergoing life-saving treatment.
Please remember to enter the Bonus Ball weekly lotto, available at the bar – an easy and fun way to get involved. Alongside this, the club will continue to host events throughout the year in support of the charity, ensuring that momentum and awareness keep growing.
