Clubhouse Extension Update
Works Underway
Works on the clubhouse extension project have been underway for nearly three weeks, and I would like to provide you with an update on how they are progressing.
The first week involved the demolition of the existing conservatory lounge structure, including the decommissioning of the air-conditioning system and power supply.
Through weeks 2 and 3, work has started on the footings for the footprint of the build. Weather has played its’ part in slowing down the works, but completion of the footings has been passed by building control. Concrete has been poured to all footings with 8 trucks delivering 48 cubic metres.
