Bit of a low turnout for the Quiz last night, but the teams who competed enjoyed the quiz and their bar meals before. Big thanks to Paul and the guys for keeping everyone fed and watered. The Captains, Dave & Sharon's team had the edge on the quiz and tuned out winners taking £32.00 in prize money, which was swiftly donated to the Captains Charity Bottle. The rollover £96.00 for the winners was their attempt to run through on Play Your Cards right, which they failed, so the second placed team continued and failed, the third team also failed to go through but the fourth placed team managed it and took home £4 for their troubles??? Again, swiftly deposited in the Captains charity bottle. The rollover for the next quiz is £92.00, when the winner of the next quiz will attempt to go through the cards to win.

The Friends of Longcliffe draw was won by Ann Hinks, collecting £200, second with £75.00 was Tim Bryning and picking up £50 for third was Chris Hutton.
