Local Rule for Portland Course
Notification
Please be advised that the committee has introduced a new Local Rule, regarding the bunker that was constructed between the 10th and 18th holes for the Open Championship.
The bunker itself has now to be treated as Ground Under Repair (GUR). Relief should be taken in accordance with Rule 16.1. (Abnormal Course Conditions)
The bunker doesn’t include the face or surrounds only the part where the sand is supposed to be.
