May the Course Be With You: Captains Charity Golf

We are thrilled to announce this year’s Captains Charity Golf Day, taking place on a date that is written in the stars: May the 4th.
This year, we are joining forces with the Rebel Alliance to raise much-needed funds for two incredible causes: St Wilfrid’s Hospice Care at Home and Prostate Cancer UK.
The Mission Parameters
The day will kick off with a 1-Tee start from 7:30 AM. Entry is £15 per person, which covers your contribution to the prize fund, halfway house, and a direct donation to our chosen charities.
The Game: Yellow Ball Stableford Format - Blue & Red Tees
We are playing a Teams of 4 - Yellow Ball Format using Best 2 Scores per Hole (Stableford). However, there is a galactic twist:
The Golden Rule: Each team is assigned one designated Yellow Ball.
The Peril: Lose it at your peril! If your team loses the Yellow Ball, you can no longer score those crucial double points for the remainder of the round. Protect that ball like it's the plans to the Death Star!
Double Points: The player currently playing the Yellow Ball earns double Stableford points for the team.
Vital: Order of Booking
Because the scoring is tied to your player number, you must book your team on BRS in the exact order you intend to play. The order you enter during registration determines your rotation:
Player 1: Holes 1, 5, 9, 13, 17
Player 2: Holes 2, 6, 10, 14, 18
Player 3: Holes 3, 7, 11, 15
Player 4: Holes 4, 8, 12, 16
How to Enlist: Booking goes live on BRS: Sunday, 19th April at 7:00 PM.
Make sure your "straightest shooters" are in the slots you want before you hit confirm. Whether you’re a Scoundrel, a Wookiee, or a Jedi Master, we want to see you on the fairways!
