Mixed Texas Scramble - Results
19th April 2026
It was a tight affair in the Mixed Texas Scramble on Sunday with 3 teams coming in with a staggering nett 55!
It was 'Ladies Day' as all teams in the podium positions had Ladies Captain's in their teams and this may point to a successful team going forward for next year!
The team of Jenny Jones, James King, Greg Edwards and Andy Robinson won on countback from Christine Smith, Keith Muir, Duncan Mutton and Russell Sears.
Our Ladies Captain's team and early leaders Marion Bartlett, Julie Bliss, Mary Mallon and Paul Randall were third, narrowly beaten on countback.
There was one team disqualified as they failed to sign their card and a little reminder that you need to do this for all competitions!
