Notice to Members – Voting Arrangements
Dear Member,
We are currently experiencing difficulties implementing the online voting system; however, we continue to trial and work towards making this available to members in the future.
In the meantime, voting slips are available from the Secretary’s Office, together with proxy forms for those members who are unable to attend the meeting in person.
Please make sure you have your say by casting your vote. Your participation is important and appreciated.
