Members update - The last couple of weeks has seen us receive a lot of rainfall. This has led to our greens at 12,14 and 15 to have a slight algae problem after each heavy downpour.The best way to help with this is to dry the surfaces out as quickly as possible so with this in mind we intend to tine these greens with an 8mm tine this Monday weather permitting . This will help with surface tension and should help the water move through the profile more freely. With the size of tine being used there should be minimal disruption to the ball roll on these greens
