How to Follow the Action
Lancashire Men's County Championship
The prestigious Lancashire Amateur takes place over the next three days at the Club. Members can keep-up with the action via the website. Our dedicated webpage includes the drawsheet for Day 1 - which includes 14 players representing the Club and over 80 golfers with a plus WHI.

The event has attracted strong fields from across the county since 1910 and we have hosted on three previous occasions, most recently in 2011. We are delighted to join a roster of leading courses in the region to stage the event on multiple occasions; these include Royal Birkdale, Royal Lytham & St. Annes, Formby, West Lancashire, Fairhaven and Southport & Ainsdale. Competitors will once again seek to emulate the success of past winners who include many great names from Lancashire, alongside Tommy Fleetwood who triumphed in 2008.

The Championship follows hot on the heels of the Lancashire Boys County Championships which was held at Childwall GC last weekend, with Thomas Prescott from the Club winning with a fantastic aggregate score of 141.

We hope you can join us at the Club over the next few days - the drawsheet for Day 1 is on the webpage so you can checkout when your fellow members are on the course.
