Glover Cup Results, Championship Weekend, Team Results, New Starter
Men's Glover Cup Results
125 men played in the Glover Cup competition over the weekend. Congratulations to Rob Wyatt for winning the competition with a fantastic score of +9. Nathan Stonelake came second with +6. Aaron Anderson came third with +4 on countback from Tom Hendrick. The full results, and the latest Hollymead Cup standings, are attached with today's latest news email.

County Team Results
The men's Cyril Blake team played in the third round of the Cyril Blake Trophy today away at Dyke Golf Club. Sadly, we suffered a 4-1 defeat. Thank you to Club Captain, Kevin Holton for captaining the team this year.
The men's County Handicap team played on Saturday at home against Goodwood. Sadly, we suffered a 3.5 - 1.5 defeat, but it was a close game with 3 matches going to the 18th hole. Thank you to John Burgon for captaining the team this year.
The men's Scratch Team played on Saturday at home in the third round of the Wellesley Wealth County Scratch Trophy against Ham Manor. I'm delighted to say that the team won 9-3 and now go through to the quarter-finals of the competition. We have been drawn against Worthing Golf Club, with the match to be played on neutral ground at Dyke Golf Club. This match will take place on Saturday 13th June. Worthing will have a coach load of supporters to watch on the day, so it will be greatly appreciated for any Bognor members that wish to make the journey to go and support the team on the day.

A big welcome to Vicki Gearey who has started with us today in the office in an administration role. I'm sure you will make Vicki feel very welcome when you see her around the club.
