Important Update
Office Break-In - Wednesday 3rd June 2026
Dear All,
I’m sorry to report that at around 11pm on Wednesday evening, two individuals broke into the Club Office.
They first attempted to force entry through the rear wall, out of sight of the security cameras, causing significant damage. When this failed, they smashed a window to gain access. As we no longer keep cash on the premises, we believe they left with little or nothing.
The police have been informed and have been provided with the CCTV footage.
Unfortunately, we are once again left to repair the damage. Realistically, there is only so much we can do without making the office and clubhouse look unwelcoming, but we will continue to review options and enhance security where practical.
In the meantime, we ask all members to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity around the club.
