Chris Millar takes leading qualifier as 116 take part in latest Kirk Rosebowl. In the Division One competition saw Ian Stewart takes the honours over William Heeps. William edged out Greg Dymock for second spot on a card count back. Ian was out in 39 shots before returning in 36 for gross 75, net 71. Card helped with a birdie at the 12th. William was out in 44 before returning in level par 35 for gross 79, net 72. Birdie at hole 17 on his card. Ian won £12.35 for first place in the sweep and William picked up £6.65. Div. 1 Countback details for 1st place were. Congratulations and well played. In Division 2, saw Graeme Smith take top spot by two shots from Kyle Fleming. Kyle edging out Greg Cherry on a card count back. Graeme was out in 41 before returning in 38 for gross 79 net 67 helped along a birdie at the 8th . Kyle was out in 39 before returning in 40 for 79 gross, net 69 with a birdies at holes 4 & 16. Graeme won £33.80 for first place in the sweep and Kyle picked up the £18.20. In Division 3, saw leading qualifier Chris Millar take the win with 90 gross net 64 beating Graham McCabe by two shots. Chris went out in equal halves of 45 with 8 net birdies and 2 net eagles on the card. Graham went out in 38 and returned in 45 with a birdie at the 4th. Chris won £26.65 for first place in the sweep and Graham picked up £14.35. Four players managed to record a birdie on the 15th hole and each take home £22.40 in the 2’s sweep.
