Lady Captain’s Day

Lady Captain’s Day took place on Tuesday 9th June and the ladies enthusiastically embraced the Pirate Day theme with flags and costumes and parrots!
The weather was dreadful to start, with very heavy rain, but improved during the day.
This did not dampen the spirits of the ladies and there was a lot of fun and laughter had by all.
In the evening there was a delicious supper with over 70 ladies attending.
The winning team, with a score of 84 points, was Claire Le Poidevin, Angie Ridgeway, Michelle Blampied and Tracey Muir.
Through the “Treasure Map Challenge’ and the ‘Beat the Pro Challenge’ £900 was raised for BSK, the Lady Captain’s charity.
