9-Hole Shotgun Texas Scramble, 13:30 Meet, 14:00 Tee Off
This tournament has been organised as part of the fundraising efforts to support a school partnership trip between Magna Academy and African Adventures. Noah Clinton, son of Melissa Clinton, who has been part of the Canford community for 14 years is embarking on a volunteer trip to a school in Stone Town Zanzibar. Noah (age 15) will be teaching at the school and coaching sport. African Adventures have recently built 2 new classrooms so more underprivileged children can access education in the area. The money raised will go towards kitting out the equipment in the classrooms as well as contributing to the ongoing funding from African Adventure to provide a supply of water and lunches for the children attending.
