Temporary Local Rule
6th/15th Bare Ground in recent GUR area
As many of you will be aware, the Ground Under Repair (GUR) in front of the 6th/15th green has now been removed. However, the area is still establishing and contains several bare patches.
To help protect the newly established grass, a temporary Local Rule is now in place. Players must not play from the bare areas and should instead take free relief under Rule 16.1b.
To take relief, first determine the nearest point of complete relief, then drop the ball within one club-length of that point, no nearer the hole.
