I am very much looking forward to seeing you all on my Captain's Day and greeting you on the 1st tee and on arrival for the evenings entertainment. Ahead of the day please consider donating prizes for the raffle. The raffle table has been set up in the Clubhouse for such donations. Raffle Tickets can be purchased from myself at Erewash Valley Golf Club prior to the day as well as on the day from Tara. They'll also be a target golf challenge for all to participate. All proceeds from the raffle and target golf going to the Captains' Charities – UK Sepsis Trust & Our Dementia Choir. The competition format is a balanced draw AM-AM best 3 scores from 4. There will be plenty of refreshments on the course. Then the evenings festivities start at 6pm with Irish Stew & Colcannon mash available to all players and guests followed by the comp presentation then the main event of the evening will be the fabulous Irish ceilidh band ”The House Devils” no doubt the music will encourage us all to dance the night away.
