Preferred Lies Now in Operation
Following County approval, Preferred Lies are now in operation and will be reviewed as course conditions improve
Following approval from the County, Preferred Lies are now in operation on both courses.
Due to the prolonged dry conditions and the current state of the fairways, this local rule has been introduced to ensure members can continue to enjoy fair playing conditions while the courses recover. Preferred Lies will remain in place for the foreseeable future until we receive significant rainfall and the fairways begin to recover.
The Greenkeeping Team and the Club Committee will continue to monitor course conditions closely and will keep members informed of any changes as the situation develops.
