Course Update
Information advice
Extreme weather advice Due to the current period of extreme weather, we ask all golfers to help protect themselves, fellow players, and the golf course by following the guidance below during their visit. • Bring plenty of drinking water and stay hydrated throughout your round. The shop sells ice cold drinks so stock up before you go out. • Smoking is strictly prohibited on all golf courses due to the heightened risk of fire. • Avoid standing beneath large trees, as prolonged hot and dry conditions can increase the risk of falling branches. • Keep trolleys and buggies away from greens and Tees and avoid driving on fairways wherever possible to minimise damage to the turf. • Dispose of all litter responsibly using the bins provided around the course. • Use the divot mix provided on all Par 3 holes to repair any divots and help maintain playing surfaces. • Do not drink from the irrigation system or sprinklers, as this water is not suitable for human consumption. • Apply suncream throughout your round and reapply as necessary to maintain protection. • To conserve limited water supplies, irrigation is being restricted to keep greens and tees alive. As a result, fairways and other areas of the course may become drier than usual. Extreme weather advice PDF Thank you for your cooperation and support.
