If you find you cannot fulfil a booking, at the earliest possible opportunity please remember to remove your booking (or just your own name, if the remaining players can still play).
This can be done via HowDidIDo or by phoning the pro shop on 01236 754360.
Failing to do this can deny other members the chance of playing if they see a vacant time. It can also cause issues during medals by leaving players without playing partners & potentially unable to compete in the medal.
