3rd Hole - prep work for temp green
As part of the preparation work for a temporary green for the 3rd hole, there will be a water hose running above ground alongside the path.
The hose should be treated as an Abnormal Course Condition, meaning players are entitled to free relief if the hose interferes with their lie, stance or intended area of swing.
