A Pair of Eagle 2s!
John Quigley and Peter Bush celebrate eagle 2s
On a golf course an eagle is a rare event – even more so when it involves just two shots on a par 4. So its unusual to have two members celebrate this fine achievement within a few days of each other. On 18th July, Past Captain John Quigley (left) secured his eagle 2 on the 8th with an easy drive then holing out with a 5 iron. Three days earlier, Peter Bush (right) completed his Grafton Pryor Cup round with an eagle 2 on the final hole - a drive then 5 wood.
