On Wednesday 22nd July 52 Ladies from around the area playing in an AM-AM participated in our fundraising Open. The winning team came from Sheringham. The amount raised for the Club Captains Charity was £470 from the sale of "rescue kits" and a raffle. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets. I would like to thank the following members who made the day run very smoothly. Our Club Captain Andy Clifford for attending, Club manager Matthew Bowman for all his support. Janette Hetherton for over seeing the Open and making all the arrangements. Leigh Denny for selling Raffle tickets and assistance with the Halfway house Vera Woolnough assistance with the Halfway house Linda Atkins and Jan Parsons for handing out the scorecards Anne Amos and Mark Atkins for starting the teams Stuart Pearce for assisting with the scorecards Thanks to Julie for running the bar I would like to thank you all for your support, it is much appreciated. Many Ladies who played complimented the course and the food, well done Danny and team and Simon and team.
