Please Do Not Feed the Foxes
Please Help Protect Our Course and Clubhouse, Do Not Feed the Foxes
The Committee would like to remind all members and visitors that foxes should not be fed anywhere on the golf course or around the clubhouse. Whilst we appreciate that many people enjoy seeing the wildlife around the course, leaving food out for foxes can unfortunately attract other unwanted pests, including rats and mice. This poses a risk to the clubhouse, surrounding areas and neighbouring properties, and can quickly lead to vermin becoming established. Feeding wild animals also encourages them to become dependent on human food and more comfortable around people, which is not in the best interests of the animals or the club. We kindly ask everyone to: Please do not leave food out for foxes or any other wildlife. Dispose of all food waste and litter responsibly using the bins provided. Help us keep the course and clubhouse clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. By working together, we can continue to enjoy the wildlife that makes our course so special while helping to minimise the risk of attracting vermin. Members are reminded that feeding foxes or other wildlife on club property is not permitted Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
