What's been happening
August is a strange month at the club, a lot of our members are on holiday meaning despite great golfing conditions the course is actually pretty quiet. The sun also continues to beat down on us and that too is taking it’s toll on participation numbers.
With that in mind, if you are still playing your regular weekly rounds please take plenty of water with you, wear a hat and apply some sunscreen. We’ve had several pro shop/ buggy call out’s for people feeling unwell on the course and every single one has been dehydration. It’s hot and we’re not used it, drink more please!! (water)
