Teddy wins Wakefield Trophy
Tom Langan had a hole in one at the 8th,
31 juniors played in the Wakefield Trophy competition on Sunday 23rd August. Despite the windy conditions there were some excellent scores with Teddy Whitchurch winning the Trophy with 39 points on countback from Zain Freeman. In third was junior Captain Oliver Brown with 38 points and lowest gross 75. Oliver Jost also scored 38 points. The highlight of the day came from Tom Langan who, on the way to scoring 37 points, had a hole in one at the 8th, using a pitching wedge. This was Tom’s first hole in one.
