The Winter Competitions start tomorrow, Friday 16th October. Simon is continuing to organise them along with his team; here are some details from him: Winter Series Following on from last year, we will be running the same format which will be stableford and will run on a weekly basis October-March. * This years competition starts the weekend of Fri/Sat/Sun 16th-18th of October and it will run Fri/Sat/Sun each week. You can join at any time. * It's £10 to register which goes directly into the prize fund for finals day, plus the usual £2 entry for sweep and two's. * You can play as many days as you want each weekend with your best score to count. * The top 3 each weekend will qualify for Finals Day on Sat 20th March (provisional), when the prize fund will be played for. Indoor Stableford Our indoor studio will undergo a substantial renovation over the coming weeks; this will include an new screen, walls, hitting area and projector. All going well, we hope to have the work completed by the beginning of November. Our Indoor Stableford will run from the 1st of November - pending completion of works - until the end of February, with a different course chosen each month. Open to all members, 7 days a week. It's 9 holes stableford, full handicap. £10 each time you play with every 3rd go Free - play as often as you want, best score to count, prizes for the top 5 at the end of each month. The overall winners of each month will play off in March with the winner receiving a new fitted driver for the 2027 season. Please register for these competitions in the pro shop.
