Due to earlier payments Green staff have been able to progress with their winter programme, The 3rd tee RHS seemed to have a blocked drain which caused issues in that area thanks to Jim Smullen and his digger expertise the issue was located this area will be left open to monitor over the winter area will be drained and filled in before next season. Bunker work has started,again thanks to Jim Smullen and Craig Odonnell operating the digger, Firstly the bunkers will be emptied out and drain lines dug we will then hire in contractor Lee who will shape the bunkers that need extra work,green keepers will then line,turf and fill with new bunker sand. New putting area front of clubhouse ,turf lifted and new greens turf has been ordered and will be laid as soon as delivered. Good to see these improvements being carried out Autumn rather than mid winter this will help recovery for the start of next season. Thanks for your support.
