Winners & Runners-Up Competition & Stableford - Tomorrow Due to the weather forecast for tomorrow (Saturday 24th October), we have taken the decision to cancel both the Winners & Runners-Up Competition and the Stableford Competition. Whilst rainfall is expected to be relatively light first thing in the morning, conditions are forecast to deteriorate significantly as the morning progresses. With heavy rain expected, on top of the rain in the last 24 hours, there is a strong likelihood that the greens will become unplayable during the day, should the forecast prove accurate. All competition tee times will therefore be cancelled, and the casual tee sheet will be opened for anyone who wishes to brave the conditions and play. Prize Giving Night will go ahead as planned tomorrow evening. We will look to rearrange the Winners & Runners-Up Competition for another date, with further details to follow in due course. The rain is forecast to clear by around midnight on Saturday, so we do not anticipate any issues with course playability on Sunday. However, the greenkeeping team will provide an update on the course status on Sunday morning to ensure members are aware of the latest conditions. Don't forget the clocks go back this weekend!
