ClubV1 Members Hub App
To supplement our Old Conna web site we have secured access to the new ClubV1 Members Hub app.
The app takes the best of the website and makes it mobile, and is available for Apple and Android devices.
Some of the key features, backed by instant updates, are:
• Course Status and updates.
• Latest News, as it is published.
• Latest competition results, available as soon as the completion is closed.
• Access to your golf details:
o Official handicap
o Handicap certificate
o Qualifiers for current year
o Your golf statistics
• Access to your accounts
o Membership
o Bar
o Restaurant
o First Tee
• Club Diary
o Details of upcoming events
o When you click on the event it will add it to your personal diary
• Access to Member contact details
• Your profile
o If you make amendments it will advise the Office who will commit the changes to
our club management system, web and HDID.
o You can take and upload your photo from your phone and update your profile. We
encourage you to do this as we want everyone’s photo available so we can put
names to faces.
Included in the app is a facility called Live Scoring, which we have trialled and will activate next weekend. Live Scoring is an exciting new facility for Members and enables you to see competition scores as they are entered into V1. Your phone will be updated showing the leaderboard as it is populated. We have control over when it is published and initially we will only publish results after the last person in the competition enters onto the course. We will decide before the new season if we will continue this and/or expand to show the results all day. We believe it adds to the excitement of the event and enables Members who go out early to see how they are progressing. If the Member is in the winner's circle they can arrange to attend the presentation or have someone accept the prize on their behalf. It could be a very interesting addition to our major competitions such as the Captain’s Prize.
