Members club competition account
Competition entry procedure
All members of HBGC have an individual Club Competition Account set up for them on the Club V1 system.
This account will be automatically debited by the appropriate entry fee when you sign in to enter competitions on the PSI unit or via Howdidido app and any prize winnings will from now on be paid into this club competition account.
I have set an overdraft limit of £3 on members accounts to enable members who have insufficient credit balance on the day to enter a competition however for the entry to be accepted the account balance must be topped up and be in credit by the time the competition organiser closes the competition.
To top up your account members must transfer money into the Hatchford Brook Golf Club account either by credit transfer (internet banking) or cash deposit (at bank) and on receipt the credit will be transferred into the individual members club competition account.

I the club box is accessible then cash can be left in an envelope for my attention however I would much prefer if members to transfer/deposit money into the HBGC account rather than give me cash.
Your club competition account balance is displayed on your home page when you logon using your PIN code on the PSI unit in the club or by opening the Club V1 members hub on your phone/tablet (must download the Club V1 members app).
Withdrawals from your account can be made at any time by request to the club treasurer and payment will be in the form of gift vouchers/cards e.g. American Golf, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco, John Lewis, Argos etc.
Please be informed that your club competition account is NOT LINKED to any Mytime account that you may have, they are completely separate to each other.
