Covid-19 Update

Dear Members,
Sadly, it appears England Golf have been unsuccessful in their attempts to make golf exempt from the new national lockdown as we have not received any further information. Therefore, we must continue to abide by the Government legislation as stated on their website. As such, the course will be closed from 6:00pm on Wednesday 4th November along with the Clubhouse.
During the lockdown period, Ken will be manning the telephones from 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday to Friday. Please do not call outside of these hours. Alternatively you can email the office at office@burnhamgolfclub.co.uk as emails will be checked daily throughout the lockdown.
The lockdown period is currently set to end on 3rd December. We do not know what restrictions will be in place when the lockdown is lifted and therefore cannot confirm any re-opening details as yet. As and when we hear about how and when we are to re-open, we shall send you updates via email and the Club app.
May I remind you that during lockdown no-one will be permitted on the course except Greens staff or for other works by prior arrangement.
In the meantime, please stay safe and I look forward to seeing you all back on the course in December.
