Local Rule: 1st/13th & 3rd Holes - Ground Under Repair
The roped-off areas between the 1st and 13th greens and adjacent to the 3rd green are no play zones that are to be treated as abnormal course conditions. Free relief must be taken from interference by the no play zone under Rule 16.1f.
If a ball is on the course and anything in the no play zone interferes with the player's area of intended stance or swing the player must not play the ball as it lies.
Penalty for Playing Ball from a Wrong Place in Breach of Local Rule: General Penalty Under Rule 14.7a.
PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON THE NEWLY TURFED AREAS, EVEN TO RETRIEVE BALLS. The greenstaff will do this and hand them into the Pro Shop for you to collect; please initial/mark your balls for easy identification.
