Looks like some have had some issues again today and luckily i was logged in at work(hope they don't see that) so could do some monitoring in the background.
Majority seem to have got on ok. But going forward this is going to have to work better.
Hopefully it will improve.
I shall update once i hear anything as i got no response after last weeks carry on so have logged another call regards this.
There is not much more we can do.
