As noted in the most recent COVID-19 update we have been busy during lockdown behind the scenes making improvements to our facilities. The objective of this has been to bring you a more modern golf club environment to enjoy going forward.

A large part of this has been a rebrand of the hospitality service which will now be known as “The Muiry Bar, Restaurant and Venue”. This rebrand has been in the works for a significant time and we are delighted to be able to finally bring it to you in line with the lifting of restrictions next week.

During my time in the golf industry I, as I am sure you will have also, have had many conversations with people who have thought that you have to have a golfing membership to be able to use our bar, restaurant and venue which is not the case. While a form of membership or being signed in is required for alcohol purchases under our license we have always and will continue to be open for custom to all. With this above in mind we have now rebranded the hospitality service which will hopefully be the first step to welcoming many more of your family, friends and the wider community to the golf club without the regular discussions regarding access to the facility.

As we reopen next week we are anticipating being very busy and with this in mind we will return to our full summer hours from Monday as per below:

Monday: 10:00 – 17:00 (Bar and Catering)
Tuesday: 10:00 – 17:00 (Catering) / 10:00 – 20:00 (Bar)
Wednesday: 10:00 – 20:00 (Catering) / 10:00 – 22:00 (Bar)
Thursday: 10:00 – 17:00 (Bar & Catering)
Friday: 10:00 – 17:00 (Catering) / 10:00 – 22:00 (Bar)
Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00 (Catering) / 10:00 – 22:00 (Bar)
Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00 (Catering) / 10:00 – 20:00 (Bar)

The management will continue to monitor these opening hours and they may be increased or reduced in line with the demand for the service.
