Golf Monthly Feature/UK & Ireland Top 100 Rankings

PGG appears in the May 2021 edition of Golf Monthly magazine in their regular "Must Play" feature.
The article mentions that "Harry Colt was the man tasked with creating the course back in 1920, and as ever, the master designer made excellent use of the natural terrain, picking out some excellent green sites, including the distinctive shelf greens on the 3rd and 5th holes. Reflecting on his work some years later, Colt commented that 'every hole presents some distinct feature of an impressive character' and few who have played here over the years would disagree."
The magazine is on sale now and also includes Golf Monthly's new 2021/22 rankings of the Top 100 Courses in the UK & Ireland. Although PGC is not included in their Top 100 we do appear as a new entry in their list of the next 100, along with the likes of Delamere Forest, Sandiway and Wallasey.
