Remember, of course, you do not have to use this Hub Service, as you can achieve everything you need to do from the Clubhouse screens - or by calling on the Pro Shop.
However, what the Online Service offers is the convenience of accessing the Club's services 24*7, and if you want to do that, then there is no getting away from the fact that you may need to make changes to achieve it, and perhaps learn a few new things - and we know that is uncomfortable for some but it will be worth it.
We are going to keep moving forwards as a club and provide members with the best capabilities we can. This feedback will help us to help you.
Based on the feedback we are considering running some In House workshops before xmas either virtually, or at the club, to help the Members that want to make this change.
