The successful candidate will require to have excellent customer service and organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Previous experience within a catering environment is essential and previous experience catering for functions of up to 100 people would be beneficial but not required.
The hours of work will be a minimum of 40 hours a week during the golf season and a minimum of 30 during the winter season but also necessary by the needs of the business and will be notified to you by your line manager. Hours will include weekend working and occasional late finishes.
