Mark Sheppard, one of our Directors, strolled up to the 6th hole in the Friday Roll-Up, took out his 7 Iron and hit a shot “with a lovely fade”. As confirmed by his playing partner Ken Hodson, it rolled straight into the hole giving Mark his 4th hole in one at St Audrys and everyone else a raging thirst! Cheers to Mark for the drinks to quench our thirst!

Friday evening saw 7 teams battling it out for glory in the 1st Texas Scramble of the season - won by the Dunnett/Catling team of Sandra, Brian, Tracey & Tim - followed by dinner for 35 in the Clubhouse.

On Sunday 10 teams entered the 36 hole Pairs Competition on a beautiful sunny day. The morning 18 hole 4BBB Stableford was followed by an afternoon 18 holes Greensomes Stableford and the Trophy was won by Adele Quinn & Kevin Cundy - a magnificent win with a nett 73 on countback from Oliver & Paul Manning. Tracey Catling & Sandra Dunnett came 3rd with a nett 71.
