As our supplier moves more functions from Club V1 hub and into HowDidIDo then members now HAVE TO register an account in HDIDo to be able to book casual golf, view results - pretty much anything to do with managing your golf at the club. Your HDIDo account MUST be set up using the same username (i.e. email address) and password that you use with the ClubV1 hub - this is held in your HowDidIDo passport, but is held encrypted, so you can't "look it up".
Most club members set up their HDIDo account (creating a HDIDo passport) at the same time that they registered with ClubV1hub - that's great nothing to do!
For those that didn't, or have yet to, do this - you will have to now rectify that. It's not difficult but you do need to KNOW your current Club V1 passport i.e. username (your email address) and the password that goes with it.
There two slightly different situations :-
1. You have a ClubV1 Hub account, and have a HDIDo passport, and know the password, but have NEVER registered with HowDidIDo.
2. You don't know or can't remember the password that is used in your Clubv1 account
In each case here are the steps to take to get an HDIDo account
CASE 1. CREATING A HDIDo account when you know your V1 Hub email address and password (i.e. what is in your passport) . Go to
Register your account with HDIDo and use the email address and password that the club know you by in Clubv1 hub.
CASE 2. If you don't know the password you will have to initiate a password reset from your hub account so that you DO know your password - Then you can use CASE 1
The slides in the link below walk you through this simple process.
